CUSTOM MADE ORDERS:
Custom made orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit before your order is processed. No changes to specifications are accepted after the order has been made. You the customer are responsible for all chosen selections, finishes, dimensions, measurements, details and design specified in the agreed order. By placing the order you agree to these specifications.
Custom made orders allow 6 weeks to complete from the date of deposit received.

Custom orders are priced by enquiry only and are subject to change due to customer
variations, various specifications and scope of detail. The price for the custom order is
secured when Design Collab receives the 50% deposit to commence the order.
Delivery charges are quoted based on order size, location of delivery and our delivery schedule. We use our own delivery service or a reputable courier company.
Payment is accepted via direct deposit or credit card. Bank account details are provided to the customer located on the order invoice.
Payment must be made prior to any items being sold or delivered.
No product will leave Design Collab warehouse without payment.
Refunds and Returns:
Returns are accepted when a product is faulty or damaged. Please ensure to contact us
immediately to notify us of any damages or faults, where possible please take a photo so we can access the problem. You are entitled for a refund if the product is:

Design Collab products are designed and manufactured to the highest quality and
craftsmanship. Materials are sourced using reputable companies. We have quality control
procedures in place to ensure our products are finished to our level of satisfaction.
We offer 12-month warranty on our products. However consideration must be made into the use of the product, the care given and environmental elements. Our products are designed for indoor use only. Products should be cleaned using household grade cleaning chemicals.
Furniture should never be dragged across the floor as this could damage the structure and
durability of the product. Care should be taken into heavy excess weight being applied to any of the products.
